PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MEMBERSHIP

Starting at $5,500 per year includes a comprehensive property management membership. Custom memberships available. $1 per sqft for homes over 5000 sqft.

COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT
Priced per properties needs
Servicing condominiums, Co-ops, dry/wet retail buildings, hotels, restaurants and other commercial applications. Comprehensive commercial management including:
Weekly reviews and emailed reports
Seasonal preparedness
Mechanical systems reviews (scheduled maintenance for reliability and performance)
Seasonal preparedness
Interior and exterior inspections
Consulting on cap ex. projects
Vendor management
Operational expense review.
Please note, the base membership fee covers weekly reviews and reports. Additional management services, if required, are billed at $95 per hour (negotiable) in 1/2 hour increments. These charges are separate from the membership fee and cover any extra tasks performed by The Property Group.

Monthly and Weekly Breakdown: Provided for convenience in understanding the cost on a periodic basis. Additional Services: Charges for additional management or specialized tasks outside the scope of the base membership fee will be billed separately.
